The crowd screams as the young, but clearly seasoned artist Canton Jones points the microphone toward the audience and an unforgettable musical experience begins…

New York, NY (January 22, 2009) – Following his big Stellar win in the Rap/Hip Hop category, Cross Movement Records recording artist, Da’ T.R.U.T.H., exploded at the 24th Annual Stellar Awards telecast with a powerful and groundbreaking remixed live performance of his hit single “That Great Day.” (The original track produced by acclaimed producer J.R. for So Hot Productions featured gospel greats Donnie McClurkin and Tye Tribbett and the remix was created by producer Freddy Washington for this event.)

While some holy hip hoppers have been rapping for more than a minute, Dwight Taylor, a.k.a Transparent has only blessed the mic since 2005. But with 2 mixtapes under his belt and a debut album already in progress(L.I.F.E.-Living In Favor Everyday), Transparent has managed to make more sound waves in just 2 short years than many do in a decade.

Transparent answered God's call to craft verse for Him after penning his first gospel rap for a Thanksgiving family talent show he performed alongside his then 16 year old cousin, The Vessel for Christ. Soon after, he found himself on a holy hip hop fast track, release his first mixtape in 2006 and winning the American Christian Talent Search in 2007. With a second mixtape release, a two week tour in Australia, and being honored to participate in the Christian Music Awards also occurring in 2007, the year proved to be more than fruitful for this up and coming modern day Levite.

San Diego, Ca – In promotion of their new Hybrid DVD Broken Television (February 10th) theBREAX will be appearing live on CrossRockTV.com Wednesday, January 28th 6pm PST, 9pm Eastern.
